PRODUCTION PROCESS:

 

• First seep for our production process is collection of design.
• After that collection of necessary raw materials (wool, cotton, silk, hemp etc)/weighted raw materials.
• Then starts knitting process collected raw materials are given to knitter women to knit the products.
• After few days the knitting process completes we collect design form the women.
• Then comes quality control process we check the knit products/weighted and evaluate products are according to our design.
• Final processing is necessary before packaging in this stage we remove unnecessary parts & clean the surface.
• Finally packing/labeling process comes after that we send to various countries.

 

PROCESS OF MAKING ONE EAR CAP

1. Selection of design of cap

2. Collection of raw materials i.e. 0.100 grams wool for one pieces of cap &weighted.

3. Knitting process i.e. weighted wool (0.100 gms) given to knitter women to knit within 1.5hrs to completed whole cap.

4. Checking the knit cap i.e. weighted the knit cap, quality control by correcting size, color, designs etc.

5. Finishing i.e. unnecessary parts will be removing & clean parts.

6. Labeling/ packing.
